Cancellation of Services
Zibralonzyjrozar offers personal shopping and style advice services. The following conditions apply for cancellation of booked services:
Cancellation Terms
- More than 48 hours in advance: Cancellation is free of charge
- Between 24 and 48 hours in advance: 50% of the booked service will be charged
- Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: 100% of the booked service will be charged

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by phone.
Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge, provided this is communicated at least 48 hours in advance. For rescheduling within 48 hours, a rescheduling fee may be charged.
Refund
In case of cancellation according to the conditions described above, the remaining amount will be refunded within 14 business days to the original payment method.

In case of force majeure or special circumstances, these conditions may be deviated from. In such cases, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Zibralonzyjrozar strives for the highest quality in service delivery. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days after service delivery to discuss this.
