1. General
These terms of use apply to all services offered by Zibralonzyjrozar, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- Service Provider: Zibralonzyjrozar
- Client: The natural or legal person using the services
- Services: All services offered by Zibralonzyjrozar, including personal shopping, style advice, and wardrobe analysis
3. Offer and Agreement
All offers from Zibralonzyjrozar are non-binding. An agreement is formed when the client accepts an offer or when Zibralonzyjrozar confirms the assignment in writing or orally.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms. In case of delayed payment, the client is automatically in default and Zibralonzyjrozar is entitled to charge interest.
5. Service Performance
Zibralonzyjrozar will perform the services to the best of its ability. The client is obliged to provide all information necessary for proper performance of the service.
6. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation or modification of an appointment must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may be charged. See also our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Zibralonzyjrozar is not liable for damage resulting from the use of clothing or accessories recommended by it. The client is responsible for final purchase decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to advice, reports, and other documents provided by Zibralonzyjrozar remain the property of Zibralonzyjrozar, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Applicable Law
All agreements between Zibralonzyjrozar and the client are governed by Dutch law. All disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
10. Changes
Zibralonzyjrozar reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Changes will be published on this page.
